We already know the rental revenue of each property proposed for sale, or can give you a specific estimation. We can also help you to make your financial plan and business plan in case you consider renting out the property during the periods that you do not occupy the house yourself.

We have 7 years of experience in running a Bed & Breakfast and Table d'hôtes, we can help you with your choice, confirm the turnover, and even help you starting up your business.
Are you abroad and wondering how to do ?
Our team is at least bilingual and at the head office we speak English, Dutch, German and French fluently. We can help you prepare your trips, search properties according to your criteria and come with you on your visits.
